Over the past 18 years, the profession of coaching has evolved from something that was only understood as a tool for athletes to a well recognized and highly valuable profession to assist individuals and organizations in making changes in their professional and personal lives.
I have had the good fortune over the past decade as a Master Certified Coach to help over 60 business people enter this profession from a wide variety of other careers.
