Q:  What does a typical coaching relationship look like in terms of time commitment and costs?
A:  The typical coaching relationship for individuals and/or organizations first involves the use of surveys and assessments during the discovery process.  Next, an introductory workshop for an individual or team is held.  Hour-long coaching sessions usually occur on a weekly basis.  Between sessions periodic emails may be sent to develop agendas, communicate results, and discuss front-burner issues.  Lastly, laser coaching support (5-10 minutes) is provided between sessions to maintain momentum.

Q: What are the characteristics of the people who are most likely to be successful in a coaching relationship?
A:  The most successful coaching clients believe they are capable of having a life and career that they truly desire, that have a clear view of where they are and where they want to go in life, and are willing to take the lead on issues that are important to them.
