Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.

I believe that coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses, and organizations.  Through coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.

I have been an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) for several decades and have played a local leadership role in this organization.  The ICF is considered by many the preeminent coaching organization, with over 20,000 members in 90 countries throughout the world.

I honor each client as an expert in his or her life and work. I believe that each client is creative, resourceful, and whole.  I believe that it is my responsibility to help my clients:
